Hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY COMFORTABLE, rooms were wonderful and outstanding. Stayed for 4 nights, the staff was helpful during all this time. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Nairobi.

During my recent stay in Nairobi, I had the opportunity to experience Prideinn Westlands Luxury Boutique Hotel. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate the convenience of this hotel's location. Situated only 4.3 km from Nairobi, it was the perfect place for me to stay during my transit. the easy access to Wilson Airport, which is just 10 km away, allowed for seamless travel to Vipingo Ridge Airstrip, both for domestic and international flights. This made my journey much more convenient and efficient.

While Prideinn Westlands Luxury Boutique Hotel had convenient location benefits, I must mention a minor drawback I encountered. The facility itself appeared a bit dated and not quite up to par with modern standards.

I always stay at a boutique hotel in Nairobi where they remember me and provided plug adaptors when I needed them. It has everything I need: WiFi, valet parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar. Perfect. I'll be back for Easter!

the room itself was immaculately clean and with generally an old and poorly maintained furnishings, for instance. the location couldn't be more magnificent close to town center.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in a double room with central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen TV. Hard-working and really helpful staff, amazing stay. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location, right at Nairobi National Museum, liked this place.

Amazing hotel, enjoyed our stay, it had good food and excellent location in Indian populated area. The rooms were outstanding with generally an old as well as poorly maintained furnishings and the breakfast was delicious. Excellent service offered in this property.

The breakfast and lunch were excellent with a wide variety of food. The location is convenient for exploring the Westland area on foot. The spacious and clean room had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our safety during our safari pickup. The manager checked on us daily and informed us of upcoming menu expansion.

The breakfast was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Valerie and the airport shuttle team. Perfect for hosting events, with excellent service from David and his team. Great location near shopping malls and attractions.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect for us as we were able to easily walk to the nearby clubs and bars. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options that made it difficult for us to decide what to eat. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and our room exceeded our expectations with its amenities. We will definitely be coming back here on our next visit!

We found a quiet location close to the town center, with a short walk to local eateries. The empty restaurant was great for a quiet dinner and the room had a nice view of the city skyline. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and hot water. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff ready to assist. Breakfast had a good selection of dishes, including the delicious Hot and Sour Chicken Noodle Soup.

The hotel decor was outdated in some areas.
